Agent Registration, Training & Exam Preparation
Support with registration applications and training or exam preparation. NXS48 is not an examination or certifying body.
What this service involves
Some states require agents to complete training or pass an assessment before registration or renewal, or have introduced it by order. The requirement, the body that conducts it and the timing differ.
NXS48 supports registration applications and training or exam preparation. The support helps agents understand the applicable process, organise the application record and prepare for assessment. NXS48 is not an examination or certifying body; the relevant authorised organisation conducts examinations and issues certification.
What is the difference between support and accredited training?
Training coordination may involve explaining the official process, checking applicant records and tracking completion evidence. It is not the same as operating an accredited training institute, administering an examination or issuing a competency certificate. NXS48’s offering in this area remains unconfirmed, and this page does not claim accreditation or authority to certify agents.
MahaRERA Order 52/2024 describes the certificate-of-competency requirements and the treatment of registration where required evidence is not submitted. It also identifies categories of persons covered, including relevant authorised signatories and buyer-facing personnel in entities. A proposed engagement must check the actual applicant and current official instructions rather than assume only a firm’s principal needs attention.
How should an agent plan the official process?
Use the official list of recognised training providers and current examination instructions. Confirm identity details, eligibility, required records, enrolment steps and the evidence produced after completion. Dates and availability should be verified at the time of application; an old course advertisement is not a reliable current timetable. The applicant should keep copies of official confirmations.
Map training and examination milestones to registration or renewal needs. Completing one stage does not establish that the next has been accepted. If a registration is in abeyance or revoked, examine the specific status and restoration or fresh-application requirements. A training booking should never be presented as permission to continue regulated activity during a period when the registration does not permit it.
What records and boundaries would support cover?
A proposed support file would include the applicant identity, current registration, official provider details, attendance or completion evidence, examination result and upload acknowledgment where required. The coordinator should identify missing steps without altering official records or claiming an examination result. The agent remains responsible for truthful information and compliance with the Authority’s directions.
Learning support can help a business understand RERA duties, advertising checks and transaction records, but it cannot promise a pass, certificate or registration. No course price, timetable or provider partnership is published here. Before any service is offered, the owner must confirm availability, scope and rendering entity. For another state, the relevant authority’s own requirements must be checked rather than treating Maharashtra’s scheme as national.
Practical decision points
If an agency wants internal legal-awareness sessions, distinguish them from the official competency course and examination. An informational workshop must not be advertised as satisfying the Authority’s certification requirement unless that status is actually established. The distinction should appear in the scope and all participant communications.
If an applicant holds a training attendance record but has not obtained the official competency result, identify that stage accurately. Attendance, examination, certificate issuance, upload and registration status should each have separate evidence. A support coordinator must not describe the applicant as certified on the strength of a course booking or provider message alone.
For an entity, identify the authorised signatory and relevant buyer-facing personnel under the official directions. Ask who must enrol and what records the agency needs to maintain. The answer should come from the current official process, not an assumption that the business owner’s qualification covers everyone.
Any future NXS48 support proposal should identify the official provider, the tasks included, exclusions and the applicant’s responsibilities. It should not imply a provider partnership or accreditation that has not been confirmed. If the owner confirms availability, review the page before adding delivery claims. Until then, this information explains the process and potential coordination only; no course, examination place, pass, certificate or registration outcome is offered or promised.
