The RERA Act, 2016 is central legislation, but each state or union territory frames its own rules and runs its own authority and portal. A promoter with projects in several states ends up with several registration numbers, several filing calendars and several sets of forms that look similar and are not the same.
NXS48 accepts work in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Delhi, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Goa. Outside Maharashtra, the Mumbai head office provides remote project and agent registration support, compliance filings including QPR and annual audit coordination, title and due-diligence reports, drafting and document review, and complaint and appeal preparation. Maharashtra retains the full service range. Appearance follows the relevant state’s rules, directly or through local associate counsel where required; no hearing mode or outcome is promised.

NXS48 accepts work in all ten jurisdictions on the states page. This confirms availability within the stated service scope, not past project counts, client numbers or experience outside Maharashtra.
How is a remote appearance handled?
Whether an authority permits remote or hybrid hearings differs and changes. We do not state availability for a state until it has been verified.
