Who we serve
Home buyer protection and RERA remedies
Pre-purchase checks, agreement review, possession advice and complaint support for buyers.
A home purchase is usually the largest financial commitment a household makes, and most of the useful protection is available before the agreement is signed. The RERA Act, 2016 requires registered projects to disclose key information, limits advances taken without a written agreement under Section 13, and gives allottees remedies under Sections 18 and 19 when a project goes wrong.
NXS48 helps buyers before and after purchase. Before: advocates review the agreement for sale or allotment letter, and a project and promoter background check looks at registration, litigation, escrow and approvals. After: possession and occupancy questions, and, where necessary, a complaint before the Authority, which is handled by the dispute desk.
Situations we are asked about

- Buying a resale flat where a society transfer and dues are involved
- A project is delayed and the builder offers a revised date
- Possession is offered without an occupancy certificate
- A carpet area on the agreement differs from what was measured
