Who we serve
RERA compliance for developers and promoters
Registration, quarterly reporting, escrow discipline and approvals support for promoters.
A promoter under the RERA Act, 2016 carries continuing obligations, not a one-time registration. Section 3 requires a project to be registered before it is advertised or sold, Section 4 sets out what the application must carry, and Section 11 keeps the promoter answerable for disclosures, updates and account discipline long after the registration number is issued.
NXS48 supports promoters with a multidisciplinary team of 200+ professionals across employees and associates. Chartered Accountants work on escrow-account certificates and annual statements; advocates handle agreements, notices and proceedings; engineers and architects support the certificates and plan-related material the authority expects. Which of these disciplines is involved depends on the project and is agreed before engagement.

Frequently asked questions
Does registration end a promoter’s RERA obligations?
No. Section 11 and the applicable state rules continue to require updates, disclosures and account compliance during the life of the project. The specific filings and their timing should be checked against current MahaRERA circulars or the relevant state authority.
Can one team handle financial, legal and technical filings?
NXS48 coordinates Chartered Accountants, advocates, engineers and architects on a single engagement where the matter needs more than one discipline. Responsibilities for each filing are recorded in the engagement terms.
