NXS48 is a brand of Brickgrowth Private Limited. The practice was founded by CA Vishvesh Parekh and Parth Parekh to give developers, societies, landowners, agents, buyers and lenders one place to take a real estate regulatory question that touches finance, law and the building itself.
The practice is built around a simple observation: a RERA matter is rarely only legal or only financial. A refund claim needs an interest computation; an extension application needs engineering evidence; a redevelopment agreement needs accounting review. A team of 200+ professionals, including Chartered Accountants, advocates, engineers and architects, lets those pieces be prepared together.
