RERA advisory for Nagpur
Nagpur projects are registered with MahaRERA; planning bodies include the Nagpur Municipal Corporation and the Nagpur Metropolitan Region authority.
Nagpur is Maharashtra’s principal city in the Vidarbha region and, for RERA purposes, is governed by the same state authority as Mumbai. What differs on the ground is the revenue and planning layer: records of rights, local registry offices and planning authorities, including those for the metropolitan region.
