NXS48 - The RERA Specialists is a MahaRERA and RERA compliance and legal advisory firm headquartered in Kandivali East, Mumbai, founded by CA Vishvesh Parekh and Parth Parekh, with a team of 200+ professionals across employees and associates, including Chartered Accountants, advocates, engineers, architects and other specialists, serving clients across Maharashtra and India.

## Who we are

NXS48 is a brand of Brickgrowth Private Limited. The practice was founded by CA Vishvesh Parekh and Parth Parekh to give developers, societies, landowners, agents, buyers and lenders one place to take a real estate regulatory question that touches finance, law and the building itself.

The practice is built around a simple observation: a RERA matter is rarely only legal or only financial. A refund claim needs an interest computation; an extension application needs engineering evidence; a redevelopment agreement needs accounting review. A team of 200+ professionals, including Chartered Accountants, advocates, engineers and architects, lets those pieces be prepared together.

We write about the law as we understand it from the statute and official sources, mark what we have not verified, and decline to publish prices or promises we cannot support.
